12+ yearsOf product and systems work

Integral exists for moments when a company’s operating reality has moved beyond the software, workflows, or product architecture supporting it.

Selected operating record

The work has crossed products, companies, institutions, and operating models.

Selected examples from more than a decade of building products and the systems around them.

01
01Enterprise distribution

Lockitz / AT&T / Cricket Wireless

Integral built Lockitz, an educational mobile experience for young children. AT&T licensed the product and distributed it as a benefit across roughly 8 million Cricket Wireless users.

02
02Academic collaboration

Balise / Cornell

Integral worked directly with a Cornell professor to create Balise, a mobile product centered on purpose and meaning and informed by the professor’s work in the field.

03
03Education + commerce

buybuyBABY

Integral built a live learning platform for a client that connected parent education with product discovery and commerce. The client secured an exclusive licensing relationship with buybuyBABY for the retail component of the platform.

04
04Funded company building

NumisMe

Jay spent roughly three years building and operating the funded venture behind NumisMe across product, tokenomics, smart contracts, launch, community, and acquisition activity. The company raised at least $1.5 million before Jay later exited his ownership.

05
05Consumer product scale

Storied

Integral built Storied, which reached roughly 100,000 users within months of launch. The work expanded beyond software into original content production with authors, illustrators, and animation.

06
06Operating scale

50+ engagements / 30+ distributed team

Across Integral’s operating history, Jay has worked across more than 50 product, design, and build engagements and led a distributed network of more than 30 developers, designers, marketers, operators, and specialists.

01The role

Understand the business deeply enough to build the right system.

Integral sits between the founder’s operating problem and the technical system required to solve it.

That may mean modernizing an existing platform, connecting fragmented operations, creating expansion infrastructure, or building a new control layer where off-the-shelf software stops fitting.

01

Business first

The operating model, economics, constraints, and growth path shape the system—not the other way around.

02

Technical depth

Architecture and implementation remain connected, so strategy does not dissolve during delivery.

03

Senior accountability

The founder relationship stays close to the work, the decisions, and the outcome.

Continuity

More than a decade of work, now under a simpler name.

Integral evolved from Integral App Studio. The name is shorter because the work has grown beyond the original category.

The legal entity remains Integral App Studio LLC. The work, reviews, relationships, history, and reputation carry forward.
